Dahiwada Instant Mix in powder form) Udad dal, Moong dal, Choladal, Iodised Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium Bi-Carbonate

  • Net Weight: 200 gm and 500 gm
Reciepe
  • Pour 2 Cup (300 ml.) water into mix & keep it aside for 10 minutes
  • Add water 20 minutes before frying, whip again before frying.
  • After frying wadas, keep for 2 minutes & dip them into water for 10 minutes
  • Press each wadas beteen two palms make tam dry.
  • To Serve wadas with curd, red chilly powder, jeera powder, chatney, salt, green masala, as per taste
