Dahiwada Instant Mix in powder form) Udad dal, Moong dal, Choladal,
Iodised Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium Bi-Carbonate

Reciepe
- Pour 2 Cup (300 ml.) water into mix & keep it aside for 10 minutes
- Add water 20 minutes before frying, whip again before frying.
- After frying wadas, keep for 2 minutes & dip them into water for 10 minutes
- Press each wadas beteen two palms make tam dry.
- To Serve wadas with curd, red chilly powder, jeera powder, chatney, salt, green masala, as per taste
