(Dhokla Instant Mix in powder form) Rice, Udad dal, Chana dal, Wheatflour,
Sugar, Salt, Sodium Bi-Carbonate, Citric Acid, Asafoetida

Reciepe
- Pour some water in big vessel and let the water boil.
- Take another small vessel and pure 1 3/4 cup (270 ml) water. Add 3 Tbl. Spoon curd and 3 Tbl. spoon oil and stir it well.
- Then mix the flour of the packet in the above mixture into two dishes (Thalis) Put dishes into big pot over boiling water and steam for 10 (Ten) minutes and the Dhokala will be ready.
- Take out one thali and put another in its place.
- Cut small pieces and serve the hot Khatta Dhokala with Tomato Sauce or Chatani.
- To make the Dhokla more tasty add grinded green chillies and ginger into the paste .
