Salt,Seasame, Teel, Chilli, Turmeric, Citric Acid, Black Pepper, Stone Flower, Tej, Cloves, Budian, Fennel Seeds.

Reciepe
  • Boil potato and peel them.
  • Grind ginger and chilli, and remove water
  • Add rest of the ingredients and make balls
  • Dip balls in paste of besan, salt and soda and deep fry them
  • For Pavwada use 120 gms. of sugar. Cut pav from centre, use oil or butter to shallow fry it. Serve with tomato sauce.
  • For keluwada use 120 gms. of sugar and 2 kg. raw banana.
