Salt,Seasame, Teel, Chilli, Turmeric, Citric Acid, Black Pepper, Stone Flower,
Tej, Cloves, Budian, Fennel Seeds.

- Boil potato and peel them.
- Grind ginger and chilli, and remove water
- Add rest of the ingredients and make balls
- Dip balls in paste of besan, salt and soda and deep fry them
- For Pavwada use 120 gms. of sugar. Cut pav from centre, use oil or butter
to shallow fry it. Serve with tomato sauce.
- For keluwada use 120 gms. of sugar and 2 kg. raw banana.
