Handwa Instant Mix in powder form) Rice, Udad dal, Chana dal,
Iodised Salt, Sugar, Turmeric, Sodium Bi-Carbonate, Citric Acid, Chilies,
Garam Masala (Powder at. curry leaves Budiyan, Fennel Seeds, Black peppers Taipatta, Clove leaves)

Reciepe
- Pour 2 Spoon Curd, 2 Spoon Oil 1 1/2 cup (220 ml.) water into this mix & keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Add Mustard, Jeera, Til, Dry red chilli, Bay leaf (Tamal Patra) into 25 gms oil & prepare seasoning.
- Pour this mix into seasoning & keep on low flame for 15 minutes, do the same process for another side for 10 minutes, Handwa will be ready to serve.
- Green peas, Bottle gourd, Onion, Garlic etc. can be use to make Handwa tasteful.
