(Idly Instant Mix in powder form) Rice, Udad dal, Iodised Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium Bi-Carbonate.

Reciepe

• Pour 2 cup (300 ml.) water into this mix. keep it aside for 10 minutes.
• Whip it once more before steming.
• Steam idlis to your required size and serve them hot.
