Ingredients
(Khaman Instant Mix & Masala Pack, in powder form) Grams Flour, Sugar,
Iodise Salt, Citric Acid, Sodium Bi-Carbonate, Turmeric

Reciepe
- Add. 1 1/4 cup (170 ml .) water in this flour (except inner packet) and prepare mixture & deter it for five minutes
- Stir it once again before use.
- At the time of putting a plate, dissolve (condiments) of packet in quarter cup (1/4) of water and add in to mixture. Stir it Quickly and pour it on to the oily plate. Put it to boil for twenty minutes.
- Deter it for 10 minutes after Khaman is prepared and sprinkle one cup of water and cut into pieces.
- Take 50 gm. Oil for season and make it hot & put mustard seeds, green chilly then add a cup of water in to season and pour on the "Khaman" evenly.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves & scrapings of coconut for more taste.
